How do I return an item or cancel an order?
RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY. All sales are final--no exceptions. So, double check your order before it is placed!
Because of credit card security, once your order is placed, we cannot make any changes to it. Orders may be cancelled IF the cancellation is received within 1 hour of the order AND the order has not been packaged for shipping OR has been shipped since sometimes orders are packed and shipped immediately. THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ANY CANCELLED ORDER WITH NO EXCEPTION. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded the amount of your order MINUS the restocking fee.
TA Custom Graphix and Woodworx allows up to 10 days upon delivery of an order to report any defective product(s). Defective products only will be exchanged-no refunds. Any request after 10 days of delivery will be denied. YOU MUST CONTACT US IN WRITING TO REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Items returned to us AFTER 10 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be exchanged.
Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization and instructions to exchange a defective product. We will inspect your return before issuing any exchange. TA Custom Graphix and Woodworx reserves the right to refuse an exchange.
No returns on Gift Certificates--no exceptions.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If your Return Authorization is granted, we would suggest that you return your item using a method of shipping that can be tracked (UPS, Fedex or UPSP with tracking). TA Custom Graphix and Woodworx is not responsible for items lost in shipping that are returned to us.
