Wood Products Most furniture today is made from uniform materials like plastics, composites, or tiny shredded pieces of wood fibers. Even things that look like real wood, probably are not made of solid wood and may have been machine made. Products made from wood are not uniform. They will generally have knots, grain patterns, color changes, and texture variations are all things we appreciate and admire when building with real wood! Additionally, a lot of our furniture processes are accomplished by skilled craftsmen and women using various hand tools, therefore it will have a unique appearance and not a manufactured assembly line look. Celebrate the inconsistencies and character as a mark of pride. Our furniture is built and finished with the intention of being used indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Any outdoor use of our furniture is done at your own risk and TA Custom Graphix and Woodworx is not responsible for the outcome of doing so. Trademarks All trademarks, service marks and trade names of TA Custom Graphix and Woodworx used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of TA Custom Graphix and Woodworx Warranty Disclaimer This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TA Custom Graphix and Woodworx shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Term; Termination These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by TA Custom Graphix and Woodworx without notice at any time, for any reason.
